Prices & Availability
Frogpool Manor is one of the largest Equestrian Retail Centres in the country. We stock over 20,000 products representing all the top names in Saddlery, Clothing and Equestrian Equipment - all at very competitive prices. We are members of the British Equestrian Trade Association; BETA, and the Society of Master Saddlers.

Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative. If we are unable to fulfill an order in its entirety, we will be happy to part dispatch items if the total value of the order is £100 or more.

Prices
Screen prices include Value Added Tax, where this is applicable.

Prices listed on the website may differ from those in the shop. We regret that we are unable to offer the same discounts on items purchased in store.


Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the Website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.



Making A Purchase
Five easy steps is all it takes:

1. Clicking on a category of your choice. Then browse through our shop until you find any items you wish to buy. You can also search for a specific product by clicking on the search button above.

2. Once you find a product you wish to purchase simply click the buy button after making any appropriate selections such as size and colour.

3. You will be prompted to confirm your order and specify the quantity required.

4. At this point you can either proceed to the checkout and pay for your chosen product or you can continue to shop. You can add as many items to your order as you desire. At any stage you can view the contents of your order by clicking the view order button.

5. When ready you can proceed to the checkout. At this point you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Payment is by credit card and all prices are in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept Visa and Mastercard and Switch. Credit card transactions are secure and are processed online.

Whenever possible we aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.



Deliveries
We aim to hold stocks of all lines illustrated on our website and aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly.
All our deliveries are dispatched via courier. These may be delivered anytime between 8am and 6pm. All deliveries MUST be signed for.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.




Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.



Credit Card Security
Credit card security is provided through WorldPay, the World's leading Internet credit card clearing company. To ensure the security of credit card transactions, we use utilise Secure Socket Layer technology. All transactions are encrypted to SSL 128bit, using Thawte digital certificate technology.

All credit card transactions are processed online using WorldPay. You will receive online confirmation of payment authorisation.

Frogpool Manor take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Frogpool Manor.



Returned Goods
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the return form that was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returning Waste Electronic & Electrical Goods

In line with new WEEE regulations Frogpool Manor offer a new for old return service for Electronic & Electrical goods. When customers purchase new electrical products, such as clippers or electric fencing from the Frogpool manor shop or feedbarn, Frogpool Manor will accept the customer’s old product(s) for safe disposal.

We only accept waste items equivalent to those bought, within 28 days of purchase. When returning WEEE items customers will be asked to provide a receipt as proof of purchase. For customer purchases made via our mail-order service (including telephone and internet orders) all waste electronic items must be returned in person to our main store in Chislehurst, Kent.  We do not accept returned electronic goods via the post. Old items will only be accepted if they are beyond repair, i.e. waste.

Promotional Codes

Promotional Voucher Codes are issued from time to time in promotions at the discretion of Frogpool Manor Saddlery.
If you acquire a discount or promotional code for Frogpool.com it is only valid for online orders made through this website and not in our shop or by phone.
Only one Promotional Code can be redeemed against any single order placed with Frogpool.com.
The acceptance of Promotional Codes will be limited to one promotion per UK household.
Promotions involving Free Postage and Packaging are strictly limited to mainland UK, excluding Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Scottish highlands.
Items that are to be part-dispatched are not eligible for Free Postage and Packaging.
Promotional Codes have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
Promotional Codes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special offer.
